Include the time frame (complex enough to take 6 weeks or more). 3. Describe the project’s goal(s). Some ideas for project plans would be: a plan to develop a new manual for a workplace; the plan for a major equipment purchase for a workplace, the plan to renovate an existing space or structure; the plan for a conference or large meeting; the plan for a fund raiser.
